Proposed Governing Documents Complete

The final versions of the proposed CC&Rs, Bylaws and Exhibits have been completed! The proposed documents are posted on the MBA website, along with the Exhibit C, the legal version of the Greenbelt Easement Area map for recording.

Copies of the Ballot Cover Letter, the Ballot Instructions and a sample ballot have also been posted in the Library Section under the Documents tab of this website. 

The proposed CC&Rs and Bylaws, will appear on the official ballot next month, January 2025, for Owner approval.  It is important to study the documents which are intended for replacing the obsolete versions recorded when Monarch Bay homes were on leased land. 

It will be vital for all owners to return a ballot.  Please ensure your mailing address is up to date with Management.
