Proposed Rule Change

The Board of Directors is proposing a Fine Policy Rule Change. Please see the letter sent to all owners regarding adding an automatic Fine of $250.00 for each gate arm strike by any homeowner, guest, beach club member or vendor who hits a gate arm.
