Street Work September 2024

Friday, 9/13 a slurry coat will be applied to the street between 103 and 87.  Notices have been posted that the street will be closed for 24 hours, up to 2 P.M. on Saturday, September 14^th to allow the asphalt to cure. This is the blue highlighted area on the linked map.

Monday and Tuesday, 9/16-17, crack fill will take place in areas throughout the community.  Look for posted signs and directions.  Many of these areas will allow vehicles to maneuver safely around the work site.

Tuesday 9/24-Wednesday 9/25, seal coats will be applied to streets highlighted in Pink on the map in the link below.  These streets will be closed from 7:00 A.M. on the 24^th through 5:00 P.M. on the 25^th.

Monday 9/30 – Tuesday 10/1, seal coats will be applied to the streets highlighted in yellow on the map.  These streets will be closed from 7:00 A.M. on the 30^th through 5:00 P.M. on the 1^st.

Please turn off any irrigation or sump pumps which may discharge water to the work zones. Arrange for vehicles to be parked outside of affected areas, ideally the evening prior.  Do not drive, bike or walk on the asphalt before the signs have been removed as the asphalt will attach to tires and shoes and be tracked.  Alert your guests and vendors of these closures and parking restrictions.  Any damage to streets due to not following the posted signs, may be the responsibility of resident/driver.  We apologize for any inconvenience while all these improvements are made.
