Town Hall Meeting July 18

Please join the Board of Directors at the Town Hall Meeting, being held on July 18^th from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the South Shores Church located at 32712 Crown Valley Pkwy in Dana Point.  The purpose is to discuss and answer questions on the proposed CC&Rs with members.  The current CC&Rs, dated 2012, are obsolete and need to be updated. This is an important step towards sending out ballots and obtaining the 144 Yes votes required for approval.  The proposed CC&Rs may be found on the association website at www.monarchbayhoa.com under the Library/Documents Tab.
