NOTICE OF THE ADJOURNMENT OF SPECIAL MEETING

The meeting, scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 4:00 P.M., whose purpose is to Vote to Approve or Not Approve the Proposed Amended and Restated CC&Rs and Proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws for Monarch Bay has been adjourned to a new date and time in order to receive enough ballots.

Call To Order: 3:00 P.M.

Quorum and Approval Requirements: The Restated CC&Rs will be approved if at least 67% of the total voting power or one hundred and forty-four (144) members/owners vote in approval of the adoption of the Restated CC&Rs.  The Restated Bylaws will be approved if at least a majority or one hundred and eight (108) members/owners vote in approval of adoption of the Restated Bylaws.

If you have not returned your ballot, or need a new ballot, please reach out to management.  Do check your official mailing address for any ballots. If you need a replacement, let us know where to send any replacement ballots!
