The Monarch Bay Annual Meeting and Election is coming on Saturday, September 27^th at 9:00 A.M. at the South Shores Church. 

Ballots for owners will be mailed from our Inspector of Elections, Accurate Voting, mid-next week to your designated mailing address.

IMPORTANT VOTING CHANGE

The way that MBA votes has changed. Now, homeowners can cast only 1 vote per candidate.  There are 3 vacancies so you can cast 3 votes.  There are 4 candidates running, so you may choose the 3 that you prefer.

Our new Bylaws no longer allow giving more than 1 vote per candidate. You can use fewer than your 3 votes if you wish.

Remember to have the legal owner sign the outer envelope to make it count.
