The Board would like to receive more feedback from the community on allowing vendors into the community on Saturdays. Many of these vendors use noisy equipment, take up valuable parking and/or overstay the allowable timeframes. The Board is working towards a balance of community needs for Personal Vendors with the requests for quiet enjoyment of properties.
The Board is now proposing to update the Association Rules to not allow Personal Service providers at all on the weekends, eliminating the Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM time frame, currently in effect, for Personal Service providers, (ie. gardeners, car washers, pet groomers, carpet cleaners, but excepting house cleaners, window washers, event workers).
The potential ban on vendors on the weekends would not impact weekend deliveries, resident events or parties, emergencies – such as leaks, house cleaners or moving in or out of residences.
Personal Service providers are currently not allowed on property Sundays or Federal Holidays and construction workers are not allowed entry on weekends and Federal Holidays
