Draft CCRs Status of Tract 4472 Greenbelt

The Monarch Bay Association Board has been asked whether the status of the Mall greenbelt would be changed with the new CC&Rs. It will not. Please find in the link a detailed explanation.  It always has been Common Area for everyone’s use.  While it is not owned by the Association, but rather by the adjacent homeowners, the easement for common use and maintenance will not change. It will be staked to establish the boundary between the area that the Association will pay to maintain and the other parts of the adjacent homeowner’s private property that they will maintain.
