The Monarch Bay Annual Meeting is Saturday, 9/26 to elect 3 Directors to the Board.  Last Spring we notified membership that Monarch Bay was moving to electronic voting.  We sent letters to each owner to update their contact information by 6/26.  We hope that many, who may not live full time in Monarch Bay or move around will find electronic voting more convenient!

Yesterday, 9/19, electronic ballots were sent to the email that was either indicated by owner or that was on file.  Those who opted out, will receive a paper ballot to the mailing address we have on file. These paper ballots were mailed out today, 9/20 by Accurate Voting.

We did have a few emails bounce back and have since given Accurate Voting secondary emails.  If you have received multiple e-voting ballots, the first ballot returned for each unit owned, as with paper ballots, is what will be counted.

Another change that went into effect last year is no more cumulating votes.  You have 3 votes to select 3 Directors.  You may not put all your votes onto 1 candidate. 

Please look for your e-vote and check your junk folder as well.  We hope to have a high voter turnout this year!
