At the July 21, 2026 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved to send a proposed rule addition, limiting guest parking to 48 hours, out for member comment. The Board proposes limiting guest parking, which requires a displayed parking pass, to 48 continuous hours. Parking within the community becomes congested with vendors, guests and residents. The Board hopes to create space turnover, enable better access for street sweeping, and more parking for residents. Guests staying longer may park on the host driveway.
In accordance with California Civil Code ยง4360, the Association must distribute proposed changes, stating the purpose and effect, to the membership at least twenty-eight (28) days before making the change or adopting a new rule. The Board will consider this rule change at their September 15, 2026 meeting.
