πŸ–οΈ This Weekend at the Beach:

The Beach Club will have security to monitor the beach, restaurant lawn and parking. The beach lot is open to residents and outside members. No guest parking this weekend. Guests must park in front of host residence.

Also, a limit of 1 vehicle (cart or car), per family permitted in the beach lot. If you leave the lot, please check-out with the guard, otherwise you will be assumed in the lot and not allowed re-entry. When the lot fills, only properly credentialed vehicles may enter for drop-off. Pop-up tents and canopies are not allowed.

As a reminder… Chairs and club services are not available at the fire pits. Please be mindful of the mid gate and allow time for the reader to read your tag and cycle through. Do not follow another resident through the gate.

🚘 Parking:

Extra security patrols and tow trucks will be on hand during the holiday weekend; please remind your guests to leave their pass visibly on the dashboard, to not block red curbs, hydrants, driveways or corners and to park as close to the host home as possible. If you are having a gathering, please remember to add all names to DwellingLive ahead of time.

Monday, July 5th is the federal holiday and Construction vehicles are not permitted!

πŸ“… After the weekend:

The trash service, usually scheduled for Thursdays, will be picked up on Friday the 9th. To maximize the street sweeping benefits and not overlap with trash pickup, Street Sweeping has been moved, this week only, to TUESDAY, JULY 6 in the early morning. Please remember to move your vehicles off the street on Monday night or very early Tuesday morning.
