Tree Trimming Notice

The Association will be having the trees along PCH trimmed next week, Tuesday, April 27-Thursday, April 29, 2021. The landscape company will be beginning at the northern end, behind #214 and completing approximately a third each day, ending at the southern end of the property. This requires the PCH (right lane) closure to access the trees and required city permits for scheduling.

Please be aware, if your home backs up to PCH and plan accordingly. We thank you for your patience while the foliage receives this needed attention.
