MBA Entry Traffic Flow Update

Beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, November 16, the traffic flow will be moved. All entrance traffic will now flow past the guard house on the right into the main gates. All exit traffic will flow out of the Beach Club Drive area.

Important for your construction vendors! The entrance will not be as wide as is currently. This means that passenger vans (sprinter vans etc) and all trucks will not be able to take the sharp turns. Please advise your large truck vendors that they should approach the entrance straight on from Crown Valley Pkwy and not attempt a left or right turn. The exit will be down to one lane at the light.
