With Memorial Weekend almost here, here are a few reminders to avoid confusion for your guests and vendors.

Vendors:

• No construction activity will be allowed through this holiday weekend, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, May 23 through May 25^th.
• On Saturday, limited personal service providers are allowed from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM but no noisy equipment (such as leaf blowers or pumps) may be used.  This would include pool maintenance, dog groomers, or window washing, for example.
• Moving trucks and Events-related vendors, such as catering and deliveries are allowed over the weekend.
• Emergencies such as leaks, HVAC failure, plumbing, or a broken window as examples, may have vendors allowed to attend to the specific emergency.

Guests:

• Add guests to your Go Access app for smoother entry. 
• Please remind guests, particularly those coming and going to the Beach Club, that noise or noise amplification is prohibited after 10:00 P.M. on the weekend. 
• Tailgating is not allowed through any of the gates as the arm will close after each vehicle.  The appropriate RFID must open each gate.  Otherwise, guests and vendors will need to go through the guest entrance at the main entry.
• No parking in Red Zones. Guests should park in the most proximate location to their host.
