At the May 19, 2026 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved to send the proposed addition to the Fine Policy out for member comment.  The Board proposes adding two items, Health and Safety Violations per section 3 of the Fine Policy: dogs off leash or pets which threaten safety of others and underage driving of golf carts and e-bikes.  This would result in higher fines for each of these violations should they be escalated to a Hearing level.

The Board will consider this rule change at their July 21, 2026 meeting.
