Traffic Flow Change

Please note that the incoming traffic at the Monarch Bay Gate has altered to allow for scanning passes for vendors and guests.

Residents and members will continue to enter and exit through the Beach Club Drive entrance as they have been doing.

Vendors and guests will enter straight, on the left side (previous exit side) of the guard house to have their passes scanned by gate personnel. They will exit through the Beach Club Drive gate. This is effective immediately. Please make sure to share this information with your guests and vendors.
