California is now allowing electronic voting in homeowner elections. For the September 26, 2026 election, individual MBA owners will choose whether to vote electronically or by the traditional paper ballots.
The State has established procedures that must be followed. You may choose to opt out of electronic voting or update your email by returning the form which is coming directly to you from Keystone in the next days.
Keystone maintains the legal database of official owners, their official mailing addresses, emails and preferred method of voting and communication. This is a record separate from Monarch Bay’s systems such as GoAccess, the Pilera eblast system and even the annual MBA Directory. You can update any part of your contact information at any time through the portal at www.keystoneconnection.net or through the Monarch Bay website connection to Keystone or by sending changes to management at [email protected].
Return the form sent either electronically or via USPS, specifically required for registering your preferred MBA voting procedure and address to use by June 26th.
