At the October 21, 2025 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved to send draft Election Rules to the membership for comment before adoption. These draft rules, prepared by Association counsel, align with recent changes to civil code and the recently adopted Bylaws which would enable the community to vote electronically for an election. The Board will consider adopting these election rules at their January 20, 2026 Board meeting.
To allow for electronic voting within the community, updated rules which would include specifics on the electronic voting process would need to be approved in advance of an election. Please review the proposed rules, which include processes for how owners may opt out of electronic voting, deadlines for owners to update their information and method of ballot delivery.
In accordance with California Civil Code ยง4360, the Association must distribute proposed changes, stating the purpose and effect, to the membership at least twenty-eight (28) days before making the change or adopting a new rule.ย If you have comments or concerns, please send an email to Management, or join the Homeowner Forum during the January 20, 2026 Board meeting which will take place via Zoom teleconference.
