At the 9/16/25 Board meeting, the Board approved banning the use of noise motor equipment on Saturdays beginning 10/4/2025 to allow neighbors to enjoy peace and quiet.  No vendors are allowed entrance on Sundays or Holidays.

Currently, only personal service provider vendors are allowed entry to the community on Saturdays from 9:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M.

Examples of personal service providers include pool and pond maintenance, gardener, mobile car wash, mobile pet groomer, window/exterior washers, and carpet cleaners.  

To allow flexibility for owners to have personal vendors on Saturdays but also allow neighbors to enjoy peace and quiet; the use of noise motor equipment by vendors, residents or guests is now banned on Saturdays.  Examples of banned Saturday equipment includes: leaf blowers, electric edgers/trimmers, chain saws, wet saws, noisy pumps, woodchippers, compressors and generators.  Vendors using this noise equipment will be asked to stop usage or leave the community by Patrol.

Residents may have these vendors use their noise motor equipment on weekdays during the vendor hours of Mon-Thurs 7:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. and Friday 8:00 A.M.- 5:30 P.M. or work without the use of the noisy motor equipment on Saturdays. 

Construction vendors are not allowed in the community on weekends or holidays to give residents relief from construction to quietly enjoy their homes.

Deliveries such as packages, food, floral, event and similar are allowed.  Larger deliveries, such as vehicles or major appliances, would not be allowed access.

Emergency vendors to handle plumbing or roof leaks, HVAC systems or slope issues would be allowed.
